No, and that is precisely the advantage of thermal printing: no ink or toner is involved. You only need the correct thermal label rolls that fit your printer (5×7cm for the Mini, 10×15cm for the large printer) — these can be found in our range, including self-adhesive and standard variants. As long as you use the correct roll, the print will always remain sharp and legible, even after months of storage.
Every printer is covered by the legal warranty, and in addition, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can simply exchange or return your purchase without giving a reason. If the printer does not work as expected, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email — nine times out of ten, a problem with Bluetooth pairing or label settings can be resolved in just a few minutes. If the problem persists, we will arrange a replacement unit free of charge.
